About Me

My name is Laraiba Abdul Rahman and I am final year student from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Majoring in Communication and specializing in Strategic Communication with a Minor in Islamic Revealed Knowledge, specifically Quran and Sunnah.   

 

As a student of IIUM, I had the opportunity to meet students from all over the world, which helps me to learn and be able to adapt to people from different backgrounds and cultures. This has contributed greatly to my ability to work efficiently, and effectively in a team. I am very passionate about my specialization because in this time and era every organization needs Strategic Communication personnel to be in charge of Marketing, Public Relations, Media, Human Resources and many more.

My short term goals are to graduate from the International Islamic University with a distinction in November 2021 and obtain a job. My long term goals includes at least gaining a three years of experience in the industry and probably set up a small business of my own.  Needless to say, my future plans are not concrete because I can not wait to see what the future holds for me!
